What if I have consistent symptoms in the same single nostril?

Usually both nostrils are affected by rhinitis, but sometimes one much more so than the other, so we still recommend treatment to both nostrils. However, if it is very well established that your symptoms are strictly limited to one single nostril alone (i.e., just left or just right), and particularly if that side responds only partially or not at all to your Super Spray after a few weeks of use, we strongly recommend an ENT evaluation to rule out structural anomaly or any other condition that needs medical attention.
