Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
To do this, login to my.allermi.com, then click on Treatment > Manage Orders > Cancel My Ongoing Plan.
If you have any issues logging in, please email info@allermi.com.
If you make changes to your subscription after an order has processed, those changes will take place ahead of your next order.
Cancellations - Orders
If you wish to cancel or postpone an order, please login and change the date of your upcoming order at least 24 hours before your next shipment is scheduled to process and/or your charge date.
To do this, login to my.allermi.com, then click on Treatment > Manage Orders.
Once a shipment has processed (meaning it has been charged/billed and thus sent to the pharmacy to be made and shipped) it cannot be changed or cancelled.
