Am I able to request a formula change?

Yes. If you feel your formulation is not working for you, please send a message to your allergist at medicalteam@allermi.com. Your allergist will correspond with you and evaluate to determine whether you need a formulation change. If they determine that you do, your new prescription will be sent to the pharmacy within 24 hours and your card will be charged upon shipment.
