3 weeks after your prescription is sent your way, we will check in to see how you are doing. If you need a formula change, are experiencing persistent symptoms or side-effects, you may fill out a follow-up visit questionnaire. Your Allermi doctor will review it and respond accordingly, with recommendations and potentially a formula adjustment.
You can request a follow-up visit at any time, and we will reach out every 3 months to check in thereafter.
