While each of the ingredients in Allermi is FDA-approved and used on-label for the treatment of rhinitis, Allermi as a whole is not FDA approved because the FDA does not regulate compounded medications. Compounded medications, like ours, are unique, made-to-order prescriptions that are not commercially available as they address a patient’s specific needs with custom combination treatments.
