Triamcinolone (anti-inflammatory) for inflammation
Oxymetazoline (decongestant) for congestion and stuffy nose (note: we use micro-doses of this ingredient to prevent side-effects)
Azelastine (antihistamine) for sneeze and itch
Ipratropium (anticholinergic) for runny nose and post-nasal drip
