Refunds & Returns
Our policies are in place to comply with strict regulations that govern the sale and distribution of medications. These regulations include policies that prevent the return or refund of medications once they have been dispensed.
Allermi does not accept or process returns or exchanges.
Allermi is not able to accept any prescription medication(s) for return, exchange or refund under any circumstances. Due to FDA regulations, once a prescription has left the pharmacy it may not be returned.
We do not accept any returned bottles in exchange for a refund nor can they be exchanged for an alternate formula.
Cancellations - Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, login to my.allermi.com, then click on "Treatment" then "Manage Orders" then "Cancel My Ongoing Plan".
If you have any issues logging in, please email info@allermi.com.
If you make changes to your subscription after an order has processed, those changes will take place ahead of your next order.
Cancellations - Orders
If you wish to cancel an order, please login and change the date of your upcoming order at least 24 hours before your next shipment is scheduled to process and/or your charge date.
To do this, login to my.allermi.com, then click on "Treatment" then "Manage Orders" then "Reschedule My Order".
Once a shipment has processed (meaning it has been charged/billed and thus sent to the pharmacy to be made and shipped) it cannot be cancelled.
