Triamcinolone Acetonide (anti-inflammatory) for inflammation
Oxymetazoline HCl (decongestant) for congestion and stuffy nose (Note: we only use micro-doses of this ingredient and always combine it with anti-inflammatory triamcinolone, above, to prevent rebound congestion)
Azelastine HCl (antihistamine) for sneeze, itch and allergic inflammation
Ipratropium Bromide (anti-discharge) for excess mucus, runny nose and post-nasal drip
